This nice concept car can be viewed at Chicago Auto Show 2010. The Kia Ray PHEV represents a plug-in hybrid vehicle that has its rooftop covered with solar glass which allows the car to produce green energy.
In addition to being eco-friendly the car also boasts improved aerodynamics and innovative technology. The Ray PHEV was developed by Kia’s new green sub-brand called EcoDynamics.
It is worth mentioning that the vehicle has a range of 746 miles. The 1.4-liter Gamma 153-hp GDI engine in Ray PHEV runs on energy produced by lithium-ion polymer battery pack. The car can reach a speed of 109mph.
