EN-V – New Electric Vehicle from General Motors

Recently General Motors unveiled its new concept car which has the potential of becoming one of the company’s most popular models since Chevrolet Volt.

Dubbed EN-V, the eco-friendly vehicle with built-in lithium-ion battery was developed in collaboration with SAIC.

It is powered by a 3KW electric motor and can reach a top speed of 25mph, being able to travel on full charge 25 miles.

Audi A0 QS – Hybrid Concept from Russian Designer

This futuristic Audi car concept was designed for athletes as well as the wealthy part of the population willing to boost their active lifestyles.

Alexander Tiganov, the author of the concept, decided to call his hybrid vehicle Audi A0 QS, where Q refers to four-wheel drive and S stands for sports.

Audi E/0 – Futuristic All-Electric Car for Stylish Women

Constantine Taranov is the author of this futuristic car design designed for Audi.

The eco-friendly vehicle is called Audi E/0 and it was designed for women who are into fashion and who intend to spend most part of their life in a crowded city.

The name of the car indicates that it can be used in two different modes, based on the region where it is used. Hornet – Electric Superbike that Balances Gyroscopically

Designed by Liam Ferguson, the Hornet is the winning project of the prestigious Victorian Automobile Chamber of Commerce (VACC) competition.

The futuristic superbike generates power using its 74hp (kW) hydrogen fuel-cell six-phase Neodymium-Iron (Nd-Fe) electric motors incorporated in the bike’s giant wheel.

TRIGON – Small, Lightweight All-Electric Car for City Streets

Alexandros TH Katinis and Kim Katinis from Greece are the authors of this all-electric vehicle.

The designers created the TRIGON Personal City Electric Vehicle believing that the most effective way to avoid traffic jams and cut the pollution level is to develop small eco-friendly cars.

Lotus Presents 414E Evora Hybrid Supercar at Geneva Show

With its new eco-friendly vehicle Lotus has made it clear that the company is serious about starting producing hybrid cars. At the Geneva 2010 Auto Show Lotus presented its Evora 414E Hybrid concept supercar, which boasts a range of 300 miles.

The company’s new supercar has two electric motors that accelerate the car from 0 to 60 in 4 seconds. Porsche 918 Spyder – Parallel Hybrid Supercar

Today the Geneva Motor Show opened its doors to everyone passionate about cars, especially the eco-friendly ones. With this in mind it would be interesting to mention that Porsche has presented its 918 Spyder concept supercar.

All-Electric Three-Wheeled 3R-C from Honda

The all-electric Honda 3R-C concept car is one of the eco-friendly vehicles that are going to be presented at the Geneva Motor Show 2010 in the period between March 4 and 14th.

All-Electric One-Seater RoboCar G from AMP Inc

This all-electric vehicle, developed by AMP Inc, will be launched later this year. The Next-Gen EV Study Group at Gunma University is the company that created the platform which the one-seater RoboCar G is based on.
