Biway – All-Electric Transportation System that Mixes Bus and Train

In a world where air pollution is one of the main issues, designers and engineers are continuously looking for alternatives that could make our planet greener.

Aleshina Ekaterina and Kamyshev Vitaly are two industrial designers that came up with an idea for an eco-friendly transportation system that represents a fusion of bus and train transport.

The latest design developed by Jin Yuanbiao, Gang Tang and Su Sha represents a futuristic vehicle that not only boasts green features but also impressive aesthetics.

The All-Electric Unicab – the Futuristic Taxi for NYC

If you think that the yellow cabs in the New York City should be replaced with something more contemporary then you will probably like the design of this futuristic taxi, dubbed the Unicab.

It is worth mentioning that the New York Taxi and Limousine Commission (TLC) for some time has been looking for a taxi that could be well called the cab of tomorrow.

Mooovie – Electric Car With Two- and Three-Wheel Driving Modes

This eco-friendly vehicle that can turn from a two-wheel model into a three-wheel one (and vice versa) was designed by Han Jing, a graduate student from the School of Fine Art at Tsinghua University.

The designer named the car Mooovie.

It would be interesting to note that this concept is the winning project of the first “Science & Future” International Concept Car Design Contest.

The Cell – Shape-Changing, Three-Wheeled, Electric Car

Statistical data shows that about 60 percent of people in the UK travel alone, which means that a large amount of greenhouse gasses is emitted into the air and there’s little chance to avoid traffic jams.

To be able to solve the problem, a designer came up with this original three-wheeled concept vehicle.

The sporty mm.e is 2.7 meters long and it will be available via the Internet – the users will have the possibility to order it as a package and assembled the car at home using screwdriver.

Autovelo Electric Bike – An Easy Way of Riding Through Aglomerated City

Featuring a comfy drivetrain, the Autovelo electric bike was designed to provide an easy way of avoiding traffic within a car-stuffed city and benefit from a great riding experience.

Designers from the Speed Studio Design wanted to focus on automotive seating position. They included a seating arrangement similar to the one in a vehicle through the same back angle, seat height, and foot position.
